He is Bullwinkle J. Moose, citizen of Frostbite Falls, Minnesota, president of Moosylvania, best pal of Rocket J. Squirrel The J. in Bullwinkle's name doesn't stand for anything.
I don’t know that much about Bullwinkle, I believe he’s never been popular here. I saw this cartoon when I visited the USA and Universal Studios, that's where I got the cap. So, yes…. I guess that’s silly old me! :)
