The first one is Flickr toys (which you btw can also use if you aren't a flickr user). You can create all sort of things there like mosaics, billboards, posters and so much more with your own photos. Just check it out (when you are bored or something :))
The other one is Spell with Flickr. Spell with Flickr is a small program that lets you type in whatever you want, then goes to flickr and grabs pictures for each an every letter. When you try it you will end up with something like this :)
