When I was a kid some nasty shit happened to me. Because of those things there are a lot of stuff I don’t remember or I have erased completely. Good and bad memories. It is a shame; I still would want to remember some of the good things and I’m working on that

I heard this song for the first time, when I was on a plane going home after the fist holiday/vacation without my parents. Part of the lyrics (Back to life, Back to reality, Back to the here and now, Back to life, Back to the present time, Back from the fantasy) stayed with me ever since then. I know this song is about something completely different but it is still my going home song. After a great holiday I’m still going home to life, reality, the here and now and leaving a fantastic fantasy behind.

A beautiful song. I pick this one because there was a time I was lost, gone, down and depressed, but now I’m back. So I could say: I’ve been away to long, and every day I missed myself more, I look like I did before, only prettier… and every day I love myself more.
