Or a selective memory, I bet that works, too. ;) But I thought about this quote seriously and I think it's true. I remember specific conversations or things that were said to me when I was very small all the way up to now (and that's a long time). The "bad" ones still can make me mad, sad, etc. but the good ones are still happy, too. Unfortunately, I seem to remember the former more often.
LOL, a selective memory will work wonders too, Krissa. Funny, I am suddenly reminded of the beautiful song “Selective Memory” by Eels – thanks! The fact that we seem to remember the “bad” stuff more often than the “good” things is not so funny, though. Isn’t it weird? I think it’s weird. Remembering the good more often will make us so much happier in the end :-)

Oh, that's excellent. I like it :)
I loved it instantly, Stu and I think it true too. My memory is really lousy and I am pretty happy :)
I wonder if that means we get happier as we get older??
No idea, Qaminante. It all depends on the state of your memory I guess.

LOL, Boo :-)
Oh yes indeed - erase all that regret :]
Glad my comment brought back a "good" memory. ;) I do have lots of them, so I only need to remember them :)
And now put your money where your mouth is, DoGGa ;-)
Yup, go on, live a little, Krissa. Remember the good instead of the bad :-)
